Please note that most items will be shipped with Australia Post and will have a tracking number. Insurance can be added if stated at purchase. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location but usually arrive within 3-8 business days if you are domestic, longer if you are international.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order. This does not apply to custom items or flower preservations.
If a product needs to be returned for any reason, return shipping costs will be at buyers expense and will need to be sent via registered post to ensure confirmation of delivery and ability to track the item.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
Pre-made items are usually shipped within 2 days (excluding weekend and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your items has been shipped. We make every effort to fulfil our orders as quickly as possible. If orders are received after 5pm they will be processed the following day. Most Custom Creations will take around 6+ weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order. Flower preservation's can take up to 6+ months to be completed and shipped.
LOCAL PICK UP:
Please contact us to arrange a time to pick up your order from our Boyne Island, Queensland Studio.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eclectic.creative.designs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
