Refund policy

Please retain receipt as proof of purchase. Please choose carefully as there is no returns or exchanges on custom design pieces. We cannot provide refunds for anything out of our control - such as, but not limited to; change of mind purchases, change of colours/style, flower colour fading or changing, resin yellowing over time or if handled/cared for incorrectly.

Eclectic Creative Designs reserves the right to inspect products prior. Eclectic Creative Designs will repair if able, replace or offer a credit note based on product inspection.

To return an item you must contact us within 7 days of purchase or of delivery. Any packaging such as swing tags should be intact and included with your return. All return packages must be sent via registered post to ensure confirmation of delivery and ability to track the parcel. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wholesale/Consignment returns/exchanges/purchases

Wholesale orders are to be paid in full before being made, unless otherwise agreed upon. If a wholesale order is cancelled and your wood order has been placed with our supplier you will be liable to pay 50% of your order fee. Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as any packaging such as swing tags are intact and included with your return/exchange. Items must be in original condition and if there are any damages to products refunds/exchanges may not be accepted. If we do decide to return/exchange items that have packaging removed you may be charged for this packaging to be replaced. If pricing/stickers are left on from stores you will be charged at an hourly rate for these to be removed and put back into their original condition. If damages have occurred and we accept your return/exchange we may charge an hourly rate for our time to have these items returned to their original condition. If the items are in such poor condition that they can not be brought back to original condition the wholesaler/store owner is responsible for paying for this item in full. If items need to be returned via shipping/postage, they must be sent via registered post to ensure confirmation of delivery and ability to track the parcel. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the wholesaler/store owner.
