Q: "How do I make an order?"
A: Send us a direct message on our social media pages or email us advising us of your colour selection, the style you are aiming for,* along with the shape, size and if you require postage (We are located in Central QLD).
*You can send through photos of colours and style you like or images of where your artwork will be homed so we can work on a colour scheme that will suit your surroundings or alternatively we can come to you for advise and recommendation.

Q - Is a deposit required?
A - Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. This will ensure you are placed into our schedule.

Q - What if I don't like my Commission piece once complete?
A - We will send you progress pictures to ensure this doesn't occur. However, in the unlikely event that this does, we will work with you to alter the artwork to your liking.*

Q: "Can pieces be replicated?"
A: Unfortunately no, all artworks are original and due to the resin and the technique, every piece is unique. Making them similar is a possibility, but no two pieces will ever be the same.

Q - How long will it take for my Commission piece to be ready to ship?
A - A time will be discussed at the time of placing your order, as it is dependent on the current workload already on order and the type of order you place.

Q - How do I purchase already made Artwork or Home Decor?
A - Head to our "Shop" section of our website and you can purchase already available items there. If the piece you like is advertised on Facebook or Instagram, comment sold on the photo and send us a direct message.

 

•Caring for my Artwork or Home Decor piece•

Q - How do I care for my Home Decor piece?
A - Wipe with a soft damp cloth - avoid harsh detergents or cleaning products. Keep out of direct sunlight as UV can alter the colours. Treat wooden boards like any other wooden chopping board by oiling regularly, not soaking, drying thoroughly. All items will have care instructions on our website.

Q - How do I care for my Artwork?
A - Dust with a soft feather duster or soft cloth - avoid harsh detergents or cleaning products. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Q - How do I care for my Home Decor piece with Crystals?
A - Treat wooden boards like any other wooden chopping board by oiling regularly (avoiding resin & crystals), do not soak, do not place in the dishwasher, dry thoroughly, keep out of direct sunlight. Cleanse your crystals on your board by running crystals under cold water and hold the intention that all negative energy will be washed away & the crystal reenergised. Placing the board in the moon light for a few hours can also re-charge it (DO NOT PLACE IN SUN). You can smudge your board if you feel necessary.

Q - Does my Artwork or Home Decor piece come with warranty?
A - Please note that Artwork & Home Decor items do not come with warranties, we cannot provide refunds for anything out of our control - Such as, but not limited to; change of mind purchases, change of colours/style if custom artwork has already begun, or if handled incorrectly.

Q - Where can I install my Wall-Art?
A - For most pieces we suggest to install indoors and not in damp areas as we use a variety of materials and these can be effected. However, if outdoor pieces are required please let us know and we can create something for an outdoor area.

Q- Will my Home Decor item scratch?
A - We suggest to care for them like any other piece of Art. However, being a wear & tear item, that will have repeated use over time, you may find micro scratches appear on these items.

Q - Can I place hot cups or icey drinks on my Coasters or Placemats?
A - Yes! The resin we use is suitable to use with the heat generated from a hot mug or plate and will not damage the resin surface. However, hotter temperatures such as that produced from a frying pan or casserole dish straight from the oven are typically too hot for the resin surface, so we do not recommend using our items as hot plates. The resin we use is recommended for use up to 50°C.

Q - Can I place food on the resin part of my Cheese board/Serving board?
A - The resin we use is safe for food contact as per FDA 21CFR175.300. However, we recommend serving on the wooden part of the cheese board/serving board. If the surface is all resin we recommend serving food with a "barrier" like baking paper between food items and the resin surface.

Q - Can I cut on the resin part of my board?
A - Please do not use a serrated knife on the resin part of your Cheese board/Serving board as it may leave harsh scratches. Other knives may also cause some small scratches and marks.

Q: "Can my Artwork or Home Decor piece be posted?"
A: Australia wide postage for any size is available.* Dependent on size, some artworks may need to be sent via courier. International orders can also be quoted. Please contact me with your chosen or custom artwork and your suburb for a quick quote.
*Cost will be dependent on size of artwork, location and type of postage needed.
