Classes may be photographed and images may be used on our website and social media pages. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise Eclectic Creative Designs before the commencement of your class.

All images and content on our website are copyrighted to Eclectic Creative Designs. Please don't replicate any element (including photographs) off our website without seeking permission from Eclectic Creative Designs beforehand.

Eclectic Creative Designs works hard to perfect skills, our knowledge of this medium and the safety needed to prepare classes for you. When attending a class, you agree that you will not reproduce, replicate or redistribute ANY element of the class and/or materials provided or content from our website & social pages in part or in full. 

Your space in our workshop is only reserved once full payment has been received.

Our workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket onto someone you wish to take your place. Please advise Eclectic Creative Designs prior to your workshop.

If our workshop needs to be canceled due to minimum class numbers not being met, or a cancellation by the studio for some reason, we may do so at any time prior to the class scheduled date and time. You will be contacted prior if this unlikely event occurs and you will be refunded in full or you can transfer your payment to another time and date.

By booking your tickets for our workshops, you agree that you will adhere to all safety precautions and recommendations during your visit and neither Eclectic Creative Designs nor Staff are responsible for injury and/or loss, theft or damages that may occur during our workshops. 

Whilst arriving, attending and leaving these workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions. Eclectic Creative Designs and staff hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damages, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. By attending our workshops, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any of these damages to personal property, or injuries to any parties involved.

Working with resin is dangerous and can cause allergic reactions or anaphylaxis. Eclectic Creative Designs will provide safety knowledge and equipment for the duration of your workshop but takes no responsibility should you have a reaction of any kind to any of the materials used. You agree that you will comply with all safety precautions and recommendations during your workshop and neither Eclectic Creative Designs nor Staff are responsible for any reaction that may occur. 

Unless specified otherwise, our workshops are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 years. Anyone who is breastfeeding and/or pregnant.
