RESIN WORKSHOPS - COMING SOON
We have always been asked and we have listened!
Introducing to you our resin workshops. Master the skills to make some Resin Art of your own over our 3 hour workshop. You will not only learn the fundamentals of Resin Art but you will also learn the safety needed to use this medium.
Included:
- safety with resin including a respirator and gloves (Due to COVID-19 you are encouraged to purchase your own mask prior to our workshop)
- how to prepare your surface
- what types of resin are suitable (and for food contact)
- equipment guide
- mixing mediums
- essential knowledge
- Ashleigh's tips & tricks
- how to finish your artwork professionally
- your final resin artwork (your pieces will require a 24 hour period to dry so will need to be collected after this time from the studio or can be posted at your expense.
Be warned..... it is addictive!
Group Classes can hold up to 10 people (Min 5 needed for a class to run) or we run one on one classes also. In the unlikely event that we do not reach this number of students, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled or refunded.
What you will make:
- Round or Square Cheese board
- Four matching Coasters
OR
- 30cm Round or Square Artwork
*You do have the option to purchase additional prepared artboards and/or cheese boards or coasters to create more amazing resin pieces if time allows.
What to bring:
- A willingness to experiment and learn
- An apron or clothes you don't mind getting resin on (it will not come out)
- Hair tie to tie hair back
Suitable for:
- Anyone! No prior experience is needed
- You must not be pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- You must be 18 years of age or older
This class is a great indoor activity for individuals, couples and groups for birthdays, hens parties, team building activities, corporate events, bucks parties, christmas parties or the perfect gift idea for her/him.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket onto someone else who can take your place. Please inform Eclectic Creative Designs if this will be the case. In the event that you forget to come or you're unable to attend and someone can't take your place, this ticket is non-refundable or transferable.
Whilst arriving, attending & leaving our workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure you maintain and adhere to ALL safety precautions & requirements before, during and after the workshop. Eclectic Creative Designs & staff hold NO personal liability and/or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may have occurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. By attending a workshop by Eclectic Creative Designs & staff, you agree that you hold full responsibility and liability for any physical injuries to parties involved and/or damage to personal property or loss/theft that may occur during the workshop.
